L'appartamento è termoautonomo. Il canone d'affitto NON comprende le utenze (ENEL, gas, acqua, TARSU) che ammontano a circa 30€ mensili. All'atto della stipula del contratto è richiesto il versamento del deposito cauzionale. Io sono il proprietario e NON vivo nell'appartamento, che affitto a studenti o lavoratori. Attualmente l'appartamento è abitato da una ragazza ed è possibile affittare le altre 2 stanze singole rimaste.
