Apartment situated at the 7th floor (of course with elevator), with central heating (working from 6.00a.m. to midnight), all rooms full of light, new furnitures, wide bathroom (equipped both with bathtube and shower, and with new washing machine). Wide windows and balconies in the whole apartment, from inside you can see the park of Montagnola and the famous green Bologna's hills).
