Hi to everybody, I am a friendly/easy going Italian male, 31 years old and i live with Sabrina, 29 years old girl from Argentina (B. Saires). We are staying in a fully furnished house and we are looking forward to sublet you the single bedroom. We actually prefere to rent for short terms. We rent per day, week or months. WE DO NOT ASK DEPOSIT! We are just flexible and adpt to your needs. The price is ALL BILLS included (hitter, internet wireless..) As long you are friendly and open-minded we would be happy to share the accommodation with you. Tastefully decorated, the property covers 80 m2 and comprises a reception room, gigantic living room which has recently been redecorated, open-plan kitchen and ample dining space, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower/bath. Location is everything and this apartment has it all, situated 2 steps from the main street just: - 2 minutes walk from the train station - 5 minutes walk from the main square “Piazza Maggiore” and Bologna’s most vibrant bars, exclusive shops and restaurants. - 5 minutes walk from The University.
