Sleeping accommodation in a shared double-bed room

I have a bed in a double-bed room that has to shared with another person.
I would like to host foreign people (I would prefer English mother tongue people, but it is not mandatory).
The flat is in front of “Ospedale Maggiore - Main Hospital” (exactly 3 km from "Piazza Maggiore" that is the heart of the center of Bologna) and there are plenty of buses to go everywhere.
I have a new washing machine in one of the bathrooms, a big television + DVD player in the dining-room, standard oven and microwave oven in the kitchen, and a UMTS key to browse Internet.
I work in Bologna, but I live with my family far from Bologna, thus during the weekend (at least from Friday morning to Monday evening) the room is always empty.
