The apartament is in an only residential street, at half way on Bellosguardo hill. Five minutes walk from Portaromana square. The double room is mq. 28 and has a french window on the garden. In the house there are three students, they are 22 years old. One boy studies interior design, one girl studies dance and the other one italian. They are all very nice and respecful.
A place will be available in this double from 18 March. The price is € 340. The other student is 23 years old he is from Japon and he is studing italian.
