Da Settembre 2012 disponibile camera singola (11 mq) luminosa e finemente arredata (letto singolo, armadio 3 ante, scrivania, sedia girevole, libreria, scarpiera)! L'appartamento (II piano) in zona P.zza Puccini è ben servito con supermercato, banche, ufficio postale, tanti piccoli negozi, palestra, e ben collegato col centro città (10-15 minuti in autobus, e circa 5-10min in bicicletta), col nuovo polo universitario di Novoli (5-10min a piedi e 2 in bici) e di Morgagni-Careggi (20min in bus e 10-15 in bici), e molto vicino al parco pubblico delle Cascine e alla Facoltà di Agraria (10min a piedi, 2 in bici). In casa altri tre studenti, italiani e stranieri con lingua comune italiano. In comune uso bagno e cucina, lavabiancheria (nuova), lavapiatti (nuova), microonde, asciuga capelli, ferro da stiro, TV+decoder, lettore DVD, e internet wireless ADSL e ventilatore a soffitto. L'affitto comprende tutte le utenze (luce, acqua, gas, condominio e internet), lenzuola, asciugamani e coperte. No telefono fisso. The room to rent, is nice, bright and well furnished; is located near Piazza Puccini, so it not far from the down-town, at all: only 15 min by bus and less than 10 min. by bicycle. Very near to "Polo universitario Novoli" and to Careggi Hospital, too. The flat is on second floor, and is also near to Parco delle Cascine, and to many shops, supermarkets, bancks, a post office, a gym, ect... In the flat, shared with other three foreing and Italian easy going students, there're avalaible internet ADSL-wireless, a washing machine (new), dishwasher (new), electric oven, microwaves oven, hair dryer, and iron, TV+decoder and DVD-player, over a big kitchen, a living-room and a bathroom. The rent consist of house charges (light, water, gas, internet, purification of tap water), sheets and towels, blanket/cover.
