ROOM-PERFECT LOCATION
Comfortable single room, intimate well furnished, with big window and nice view. Perfect for Interns and students. The appartment is an attic (8th floor) kept clean and very well maintaned.
The rent is 400Euros which includes:
- Utilities (electricity, gas, heat, water....)
- Kitchen space/use with dishwasher, fridge, freezer etc..
- Bedroom linen and towels weekly changed.
- Private TV
- Internet Wi-Fi
We are perfectly located: 10 minutes from downtown by bus (line 22- bus stop across the street. Walking distant to the new unviersity center, Esselunga grocery store, gyms, post office, restaurant and bars. Park for jogging and bicycle. Very well serviced area.
