The rooms are furnished with beautiful chandeliers There is an independent heating system, near by there are all the shops, bar, restaurants, art boutiques, antiquarians and two main supermarkets. The apartment is located in a road with car access and parkin areas. A few steps away you can find the bus stop although the city centre is near by! The price of room is € 540,00. it can be used as a single room. For double room use, the price changes to € 580,00. we look for respectfull and quiet people because the apartment used to be owned by the family and we care for it. Affittiamo 1 camera molto carina e luminosa , in un bell'appartamento con grande GIARDINO. La camera da letto è ampia, ha 2 letti singoli o se vuoi 1 ad una piazza e mezzo un armadio guardaroba SCRIVANIA ,LIBRERIA ed possibilità di connessione Internet Nell'apt c'è un'altra camera da letto ..Le 2 camere hanno l'uso della cucina , che ha una grande portafinestra dalla quale si accede ad un balcone e al GIA RDINO .Il giardino veramente OLD FASHION ha un tavolino e sedie ed è rimasto co n l'impianto originale . Ci sono piante e rampicanti e permette di poter mangiar e fuori,avere relax nel verde pur essendo nel cuore della città . L' appartame nto si trova in un tratto tranquillo di strada , in un bel palazzo dei primi del novecento , con un signorile portone e con grande marciapiede davanti. La cucin a abitabile è ben attrezzata con tavolo e sedie . Frigo e cucina a gas sono n uovi . Il bagno con la doccia è Condiviso dalle 2 camere ed è finestrato .Nelle stanze ci sono bei lampadari d'epoca , il riscaldamento è autonomo. Vicino ci s ono tutti i negozi , bar ristoranti , botteghe d'arte ,antiquari e 2 importanti supermercati . Siamo in un tratto di strada ancora percorribile con l'auto e con possibilità di trovare parcheggio. A pochi metri c'è la fermata del bus , ma si può andare per tutto il centro a piedi ! IL PREZZO della camera grande è d i 530 euro ad uso singola ,580 euro per 2 persone . . ESIGIA MO persone con rispetto per questa casa che era di famiglia , da parte no stra c'è grande disponibilità verso gli ospiti !
