Offro stanza arredata ( 360X270 cm) in appartamento con 3 camere , cucina abitabile, bagno con doccia, balcone .Vivo con fidanzato ( che va via alle 6 e rientra alle 20 e che sarà in casa 3 o 4 giorni su 7) affitto solo una stanza ad una coinquilina/o anche (e preferibilmente)per brevi periodi. Spazi comuni,in condivisione: soggiorno con divano e tv e tavolo ampio tavolo da usare come "zona studio", cucina,bagno,balcone. Zona comoda mezzi e servizi. Sotto casa fermata bus : 35. Servizi in zona ( raggiungibili a meno di 5 minuti a piedi: mini market, lavanderia, farmacia,ortofrutta, pizzeria da asporto etc..) Affitto (mensile) per settimana corta (da lunedì a venerdì ): 240 € bollette incluse Affitto (mensile) per settimana lunga (da lunedì a domenica): 310 € bollette incluse Affitto stanza anche per brevi periodi ( 180 € a settimana bollette incluse) La stanza è libera DA APRILE 2012 IN POI ....contattatemi se interessati!
