Ottimamente servita dai mezzi pubblici (cinque min dalla stazione della metro Gialla "San Donato MIl" e dalle Poste di Peschiera Bor., 10 min studi Rai via Mecenate, 15 min Sede Sky di Rogoredo) sotto casa passa la 66 e la 45 (senza rinunciare alla vita notturna, è disponibile infatti un servizio di Radio Bus di quartiere che ti porta sotto casa fino alle prime ore del mattino al prezzo di un biglietto urbano). Minimarket, farmacia, banca e ufficio postale sono li appena attraversata la strada. Il prezzo di una stanza va da 300 a 400 euro, l’intero appartamento da 650 a 700 euro. The house is located south east of Milan in a quite green area (Forlanini and Idroscalo Parks/lake are just 15 to 20 minutes far, by bike). Well served by public transport ( 5 minutes far from Yellow metro station "San Donato Mil ",30 to 40 min from down town) under the house passes bus lines n° 66 and 45 ( and for who loves living the night life but also sleeping when comes home, it is available, until the wee hours of the morning, a public transport called “Radio Bus” is bringing you back home with one euro ticket). Minimarket, pharmacy, bank and post office are just there crossing the street. The price of one bedroom ranges from 300 to 400 euro, the whole apartment from 650 and 700 euro. Monthly expenses are included except those related to utilities (gas and electricity) who may be kept always under control by the tenant.
