All the flat is fully equipped kitchen and sofa room and bath, with washing machine and nice italian style kitchen. Those spaces and the terrace are shared. Practical location Close to Blu Metro Line, Piramide Walking distance to Testaccio and Trastevere Close to the bike roots, and river Tiber 1 stop bus from Fao 1 stop bus from University Rome 3 Close to train to Airport Fiumicino Close to train to sea side (20 minutes) I'm very social and responsable, I love to cook and travel. I hade many Un and Fao people sharing already, and I'm looking for an adult person. The house is warm, full of book and life quiet. Please no student, no pets, no kids.
