Free Room in hostel in exchange of work from Nov

Hi I’m offering a room in my hostel plus breakfast, bills and 200 euros refund per month in exchange of night–shift reception from 8pm.
We are in Ciampino close to the Airport and positioned right in front of the train Station that takes to Rome-Termini in 10 minutes only.
We need someone that is fluent in English and Italian.
The job will consist of receiving clients that arrive after 8pm (and usually not later than 1am..after this time the shift if finished ).
The shift is from 8pm to last arrival and 1 hour in the morning from 7am till 8am for 6 days a week - 1 day off a week, 1 sunday off per month- Sunday shift from 4 pm till late arrival.
