Single room for rent in a comfortable and bright apartment on the sixth floor of a building just 20 meters far from the underground stop Giulio Agricola (line A) so about 15-20 minutes far from the city centre (Stazione Termini, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, etc) by subway. The apartment is also a few meters far from the bus stop, just 3 minutes walking distance from a huge park (Parco degli Acquedotti Romani) and 6 minutes walking distance from Cinecittà Studios. The apartment has one kitchen with all facilities (big refriferator, cooker, kitchen's pots, cutlery, iron, washing machine -of course you will use my own washing powder-, etc) and one bathroom. The room is very bright and noiseless, overlooking the courtyard, and furnished with a single bed, a small night table, a big cupboard, a writing desk and two chairs. Close to the apartment you can find all sort of shops, supermarkets, corner markets, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, post offices, and everything is a lot more affordable than in the historical centre of Rome! The room is avaliable only for a very CLEAN and RESPECTFUL girl. No smokers. No overnight guests allowed. 450 Euros per month (all taxes and bills included, also internet 24 hours included). Avaliable from May until the end of July and from September until December 2012. Also for short periods (150 Euros per week or 25 Euros per day).
